360 Hard drive help

I signed in to my profile and it froze so i restarted the xbox and now everytime i try to sign in my xbox keeps freezing and i cant clear my cache or reformat it because when i click on storage devices it loads for 5 minutes then freezes does anyone know how to fix this?

I would like to know how this worked out for you. I some times have issues with signing in to my profile and xboxlive. I am trying to fix an issue that I am having with an unplayable ac3.

 

Try recovering your profile on XBL and see if that solves your issue

 

I see two of them in there, the dlc or gamer viewer? xbox live? have done it with xbox live support!

 

No you need to recover your Gamertag onto the console you are using
