BEWARE BLOOD DRIVE MODS ISO READ

Ok i downloaded it and saved it to my desktop. I did get a warning from avast free antivirus but i canceled it. Next thing my pc is lock and a warning message from the police wanting £100 in 48hrs or they will take you to court and take your pc to see whats on it with a chance of up to £16,000 fine or 2-5 years in prision. ITS A SCAM. Iv somehow got round it after 3 hours of searching the net with my 360 . Its still on this pc and is doing my head in. Mods you can delete this if you know its safe.

Hmm. That sounds odd. Not sure how it could have executed if it's not a .exe program. Could be something else?

its the only thing i did today ,wish i never got it and im sure it had .exe on the end ,but i deleted it and everything else and dumped 60 of my modded disc thinking im screwed.

 

I think you should take your PC and run and hide so they don't take it mate, hurry.

Serious note: No one will come and take your PC away and send you to prison mate. it just wants you to be scared. Next time try not to cancel it until you know its %100 safe.

 

try and download it .The first one wanted to run it so i backed out then tryed the other free download link and it was a file ,open it or save it so i saved it. lol

i know theres loads of videos on youtube about this virus ,to many. I only bypassed it by starting my pc and clicking cc cleaner then that stupid page pops up so i pressed the power of button to turn it off but it said end now and i canceled it and cleaned the pc .I know its still on it.

 

its on the blood drive iso download on here try it ,but dont download it ,its got .exe on the end of its name i just checked 2 sec ago ?

 

I would suggest downloading Anti- Malware bytes and running it in safe mode

As for every1 else taking the mickey give the guy a break he's obviously new on the PC we all have to learn from mistakes at some point we all didn't start out knowing everything

I had the topic for that file open earlier. Care to link me to it? I'll check it out. My PC is like Fort Knocks for spyware/adware/virus/etc. :LOL:

If it had two file extensions (.pak.exe) it's more than likely a downloader for that file. That had malware/spyware in that downloader. I had a NOTALLOWED file that did that earlier today.

sounds like a virus dude my m8 got one like that he had to go in safe mode and get rid of the virus
