I have spent 14 hours online and on the phone with xbox support and ubisoft support. I am having an Issue I dont get game updates for ac3. So I am hoping that I will be able to get help going thru the forums and such. ubisoft said that the next step is to send them my "second best buy copy" and they will send me a new sealed copy to return to store for refund. I just want to play the game. If any one can help me I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks to you and jon for the help I found the links to info needed and now found a tut from paddy to help me with 360 revolution. I have my degree in networking systems for a reason. It is tough for me to code. but I am getting better. This stuff is a trip cant wait to get it working so I can actually play the game. I have successfully injected the update.. but the prob is still on going. I am thinking that there is an issue with my console. The game with my hd works on different systems. But every game I have works fine except for ac3. I dont know . I am open for suggestions. I will be on serching the forums for possible answers.
would like to tell you all my success story... I finaly took my console to my brothers house. compairing with 4 other systems and another hour of support, I found my solution. my gpu was overheating(had been doing it for quite some time) this allowed for issues with high graphics games. So xbox support offered to fix the problem for $99. I told them thank you for the offer but my money would be better used towards a new system... I called my local game stop. The manager told me to bring it in. He said that he can fix it. it would take 2 weeks and $65. As I was pondering my decision he tells me that they are running a special this weekend. Double in store credit for all consoles. They paid me $130usd for my console and I bought a referbished one for $139.99usd+tax. fixed my issue for $19.09 usd. The best parts of the experience. I didnt let Microsoft bend me over the table. I never gave up on the situation and found the problem.
