Oh why Winrar?

Every time i want to download GIBBED thing for borderlands i constantly get hit by a error message.

 

Make sure that every process using it is closed, even if it seems like it wouldn't be getting used.

 

I have no idea what though i only have Google Chrome up at the same time?

 

Use task manager, and see what other processes might be using it.

 

Meh, i've checked nothing else seems to be using WINRAR..it's strange it only happens to certain files that i have downloaded seriously dont know what to do

 

Download 7-Zip.

I personally prefer Jzip. It's a really good program. Never gives me any errors.
