Square Enix has released a trailer for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII - the final installment in the XIII series. The trailer depicts what appears to be a more agile Lightning exploring a Victorian style world. The game play footage shows Lightning's rapid traversal, as well as a handful of boss battles. As reported in October, Lightning Returns will be the final installment in the XIII series and promises closure to players of the previous two installments. I am downloading the game as we speak so I will not be able to test it right now , but once it is on my RGH I would gladly test it.
I liked the first two FFXIII games, though I heard alot of bashing them for their linear areas. The linearity for me was a welcome relief from overly large sandbox games like GTA or Red Dead.
