GTA EFLC car editor

Is there a program or something that I can use to mod what cars I want to alter for gta iv?

Isn't that an online only mod? I'm just looking to make a few cars heavy and fast

 

You can still go fast in campaign but thats it.

 

Ok I want to make a permanent change to the tank and sports cars.
Can someone tell me how to do that?

It's called OpenIV. Allows you to edit any file in the game.

Here's a mod tool kit for the game. Be careful though as if you set values too high you could make it not work. (Unless you're running it on a J-Tag/RGH) If you need any help with it just ask and I would be glad to help you out.

 

that gives you access to the file you mostly edit with notepad just saying.

its in the grand theft section.

I downloaded Open IV and got the EFLC exe file. Um so now what? :LOL:

 

I used backup creator to extract the vehicles.img. It shows the files for each car on open iv but I dont know how to edit them

 

What do you want to edit on the cars?

 

I wanted to change the speed and weight of the APC as well as a few of the sports cars
