These are actually modded cars though.

 

You can buy modded cars from the online store using the game money i got neon cars and a bus and taxis and stuff

 

Dude almost all of these cars don't work they only go 6mph and yea I checked and alot of them don't move like the 2 buses don't move they go fast as like alot if u hold down a and rt but when u let go of A the car goes backwards? so next time test your mods before you release them and Im not sure what the freeze car is supose to do so
