Help If banned from black ops

If banned from black ops 1 will I be banned from Xbox live and is there anyway too tell if I am banned from black ops I just get a server error non stop I modded zombies btw

 

I got banned a number of times, I had a console ban from it too but normally it's just a server ban.

 

How long does it last (if it does allow me to be unbanned)? My friend Ethan was banned for the same reason as me and he's back online. :|

Someone I know got banned from MW3 servers, after boosting alot, and for the 3rd offense, he's banned off of MW3 servers for 5000 days. Tell you the truth, I laughed so hard. Lol. Anyways, you should (but it most likely varies) only get a server ban, and that's it.

(4921 days and counting! Lol)

 

I got server banned on 2 xbox's from black ops 1 months and months ago. I am still on xbox live with no issues because, as others have said, its server side.

 

So 3 offense I only did it once any chance I will be able to play black ops again ?

I got banned from it and next time I logged on LIVE it said I was suspended until 12/31/9999.

But I can't wait to see there face when I log in that day..... Oh I can't wait....
