How do i mod GTA TBOGT Campiagn? 100% Missions

    I am looking to mod my GTA TBOGT for 100% on all missions.
    I have the save from here: http://www.xpgamesaves.com/files/file/3369-gta-4-tbogt-100-all-missions/
    I am looking to know if there is a tutorial for it because i want to do it, also what would i have to download to do it.


    If anybody has any tuts for it please let me know, thanks:)

    Your best bet would be to download a 100% gamesave.

    Replace the ids on the save with the ones from your profile and rehash and resign. For a more detailed thing I need to know what program you're using.
