No, you dont need anything extra on the SD card for it to load certain games. Make sure you have updated it to the latest firmware first

You'll have to let me know what its like Tuffy I was thinking of getting one mate, which one did you get, link me to where you got yours mate I'll take a look, I have just bought a 2 TB External Hard Drive today for £60 and since I been burning my own games I have acumilated so many disc's now like over 60 :LOL:

 

I will do mate im gonna fit it in when i get back from work later tonight around 2 :LOL: and give it ago for a hour or 2 and let you know in the morning if your online mate and i had this one mate

and ive got me a 1 TB Hd of amazon cost me 24 quid as i used a 20 pound discount voucher :LOL: and same i have stacks and stacks of disc's everywhere :LOL:

xkey is worth the investment for anyone wanting to get it..

OP: the only file going on your SD card would be the key from the DVD drive.

Everything else can go on the root of your external hard drive. for example ( rootfs, uimage, and key.cfg) then once you connect your hard drive to the key on your console it will update all those files for you.
