ok im new to this so all i have to do is just update it and thats it i wont get banned

 

I used flash drive technique and it works...however I just did the update and have not tested any games.

 

ive flashed god knows how many boxes over the past many months for people and ive had numerous calls is it safe to update !!!!
im like m8 youre running a flashed 360 with a non original game you can never say youre 100% safe this is the risk we all run for what we do what we do breaks every part of m/s terms and conditions if you pick up a ban its only a console ban move on think of all the money youve saved on originals sell the banned but be honest and tell the buyer its banned already with the money go buy another 360 rinse and repeat ..
