Is it possible to get "Perfectionist", "An Extraordinary Man" & "In Good Standing" with this save ?

 

Test it on a Dummy Account to make sure!

 

Perfectionist 50 Complete 100% of all main mission constraints. An Extraordinary Man 10 Complete the Encyclopedia of the Common Man. In Good Standing 30 Complete all challenges for any of the Clubs.


I should think so as it's on 99.9% which would pop these above ^^ as you need 100% for all of these.

 

It didn't pop the those I mentioned but I'll try doing a few things and see if it works

where is this last feather mate? no pictures or directions could really do with them mate, nice one anyway I'll use this but would like to know where it is to save hours of searching +rep

when you load up the game check your map it's marked on it to the northeast between the homestead and peddler
