http://www.amazon.com/Pro-Controller-Wii-Nintendo-U-6304900/dp/B009O3WU0W/ref=pd_bxgy_vg_img_z Just looking to see how this will hook up to the Wii? Do you think it will have motion plus? Getting Skyward sword and rather play with this that anything else. What you think?
I'm pretty sure all these types of controllers are not meant for motion control based games, but rather for side scrolling games and Virtual Console games like the old NES,SNES,N64 stuff you can get (Wiiware etc). if that's the zelda where you use the controller like a sword, I don't see this working , but I also can't remember when the last time I turned my wii on
"Use the controller as a Wii Remote!" See that line is the one that gets me? IDK if it means the actual Wiimote or the Classic Controller.
yeah that is an odd way to word it, but I would assume since they don't even have a real photo of it yet, that you probably can't trust much of anything about the "specs" or what it can or can't do,,or even that you'll see it released on that date for that matter,, but my guess is that they mean it sync's like a wiimote, and doesn't use the gamecube ports or plug into the nunchuck slot like all other "classic controllers" out there
Yeah I would love to preorder it if I knew exactly what is was capable of doing but I think I will have to wait. Cause I don't need a Classic Controller but I do need a Motion Plus.
Wouldn't work with Skyward Sword.. you need to swing your controller for that game, other then that you could use it for games like Mario Kart Wii, Metroid Other M and other games. anything that requires you to move the Wii Remote like a sword, bat.. it won't work.. just think of it as a Xbox controller...
I don't like those at all I just bought one of these for my Super Nintendo emulator. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003YC4D9A/ref=s9_qpp_gw_p63_d31_ir03?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-6&pf_rd_r=0CCQT9MTK3E805QV7CQ7&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938731&pf_rd_i=507846
