I've tried to get my borderlands 2 save file from my USB stick it reads fine on Xbox but when I try to load it in a program you have here to get my info from it can't be read I know there's was to get modded chars on Xbox 360 sine I've seen a few lvl 450s on xboxlive please provide me a step by step guide on how to work with Xbox 360 save files that read as data0001 etc. Thanks

how do i upload my file here was able to read it and use the tools to save to desktop but how to upload it and once all work is done on file how to inject it back on my usb so the xbox 360 will read it

Don't use Modio its been known to have bugs Horizon is the best and go Diamond if you can. As for your USB I had to buy an XBOX360 USB for some reason any other USB is compatible but is not the required USB for the System that may cause you problems when it comes to Modding.
