Ok I have to Xboxs One is NOT flashed and the other is and both have my main account My question is : Lets say i get banned playing with my flashed console online. Will my other NON flashed xbox be banned? and also what will happen to my Acc if i get banned in my flashed console will my account get banned in both xboxs or just the flashed one.
once an account is banned doesn't matter if you change console or recover profile on another Xbox you will still be banned
Why is that ?! Lets say a guy stole my acc and played with a flashed console my acc will be banned?! I find this hard to believe
because at the end of the day if you read the terms and conditions you would know it's your responsibility that you or family/friends don't break the agreement and you are responsible for everything that happens to the account. no one else.
If you have two xboxs then the one that is flashed i would say always keep offline and the one that isn't keep online.
Doe's your flashed xbox have the 3.0 firmware update, if you don't find someone who lives locally who can do this for you. so that way you don't need to worry about your acc being banned.
If you don't... then find someone.* Version 3.0 basically has a stealth mod so you console is 99.9% undetectable.
Dont know about 3.0 and these thing but what I can tell you is that i have the dashboard with the internet explorer and i play new games like bo2 and ac3 and other new games

Thats True - It depends on what Kind of Ban you get. If you get Console Ban, than you can still play with your Account on another Console. But if the Account is Banned than you will stay forever Banned with this Account. Than a new console will not help you. So what kind of Ban do you have now ? If they target the account. it will kill ur account. They will probly just ban the flashed xbox and ur account all at once.
Thats actually not entirly true. If your console gets banned and you sign in online on that console your account will also get banned. I've had several friends who've gotten caught using modded firmware on there xbox's and both console I.P. banned and accounts on the console were perma banned. So your statement is actually wrong. Maybe you've never been banned before buck Microsoft will not hesitate to ban any accounts on the xbox's along with the xbox I.P. as well. But if you keep your xbox offline with your account on it i see no reason as to why you would be worried. Play only online with the legit xbox and keep your flashed xbox offline. That or use a en entirly different account on your flashed xbox. Never use one account if you mod cause if one gets busted you might as well have a backup
sorry for you,i got console banned with mw2 i was playing online,am still using my online profile,even with all my saves in there,the case that you saying is another story,and sorry for you again i dont have to play offline i been playing in more than 50 machines flashed with no problems online,i got console banned because i got online by mistake before release date of mw2 thats it.if you do a good flash you dont have to worry about when you go online,i have 25 consoles on hand for sale,all slims,i can give to you for free if somebody get banned online playing in the consoles what i did.
If you are console banned, it means just that one console can't use the xbox live service. If your account is banned then same as the console ban but only the account can't use xbox live. If you are IP banned then you can never go on xbox live with that IP address but these are extremely rare and I think now defunct because of how easy it is to change your IP address.
Console ban: Your console is modified in any way. Profile ban: You break the terms of service in anyway. Will your banned account get your legit console banned? HIGHLY unlikely. Rather that account was banned for a modified console or not.
No need to be sorry i was not the one who got banned. But yes that was back when mw2 came out thats a long time ago they have changed alot of things on there terms of service agreement since than. And they have also changed how they act towards hackers.
