Propose of Title ID's and will not changing them get me banned?

What exactly is the propose of Title ID's and will not changing them get me banned?

 

no you should be fine m8 also i think the title ids place the save in the correct place could be wrong thought

 

TitleID's distinguish the games. Each game has a unique ID assigned to it. If you are talking about save game ID's (Profile/Console/Device) then not changing them will will mean that you can't use the save. that is all.

 

The reason I ask is because I want to use a save but it has a different Title ID was worried that was one of things that would give away if it was a mod or not. Because no program will allow me to alter it.

 

if it's diff id maybe it's the region free and your is the ntsc-u or pal or vice versa depending on where you live. if your game used diff id you will need to get the same version as the save.

 

So... I would get banned? The saves work, I just hate to be banned.

 

Title ID should not be different from the original Title ID, are you sure you have a "legit" savegame file?

 

The "legit "Bullet Witch 1000 savegame file (one downloaded here) states 434107D1 as Title ID, when I extract my save it's Title ID is 494707DB.

 

diff region disks have diff codes. if it worked for you then it will be ok. if it didn't work for you then you need the same region game to use the save.

 

It does work but I am just wondering if that is something the XBL staff can see that know I modded.
