Preview DmC: Vergil confirmed as playable character in DLC chapter

Capcom has confirmed Vergil, Dante's a-little-bit-evil twin brother, will be getting his own downloadable chapter titled 'Vergil's Downfall' in DmC.

The azure Son of Sparda's downloadable chapter will include a new storyline, all new weapons, combos, unique enemies and four difficulty levels. According to Capcom the chapter will show "how Vergil got to be where is with regards to the main story in the game".
Vergil's Downfall will be available post-launch, but Capcom has not yet finalised a date. Pre-order customers from GameStop (US) or EBGames (Canada) will get the additional content for free.

The publisher recently confirmed that a DmC demo will launch in November, ahead of the DmC release date of January 15, 2013.
