    When I start playing assassin's creed 2

    "save options failed the storage device containing the gamer profile"

    But when i use a different profile there is no error.

    how do i fixed this

    the profile has never been online. so i think xbox live will be useless?

    open the profile in lefluffie and use fix option. might help maybe.
