    A trainer is a modded xex.launcher that u use only on a RGH/JTAG and yes u can use it online if u have a online RGH/JTAG if not den no, and even if u got 1 never use your real xbox live account on it just to be safe if u dont care about getting BAN on live den by all means go ahead.

    trainers are programs that allow you enable and disable cheats by modifying game memory. no you can't use it online because they only work on jtag/rghs which can't go online anyways. no you will not get banned because you are not online.

    If you want to play online via xbslink just download the new dashlaunch 3.04 it fix the black ops 2 issue, works fine now
