I know this might be a stupid idea but do the mods save on campaign when you start a level or get to a checkpoint and the game saves?

If the mods do stick when the game saves. I'm thinking that you could create a saveset with god mode and inf ammo on veteran for each campaign level for those without RGH/jtags. Just a thought. :|

Can anyone test this?
