Is Kane's "Two Sleeves" attire selectable for anyone?

It's shown that it is unlocked in the list of Unlockable Attires but it says it's locked at the character/attire selection screen, only his One Sleeve/Undertaker Disguise attire is available.

Kane's two sleeve attire is locked even when you unlock it (THQ addressed this glitch).

NPC stands for "Non-Playable-Character(s)" such as a ring announcer, manager, or commentator that are usually not allowed to be selected in the game.

Go to universe nothing there

 

Mine won't go past the intial DXperience load.

 

I can run the program but the game save turns out corrupt and wont load every time.
