Borderlands 2 can some one make me a level 200 or so commando maxed out skill tree

maxed out skill tree....orange weapons,grenade mods,shields etc...backpack space 100....max money...close to level 200 weapons as possible. it can be any character....i'd really like a siren or mecro though.

 

Here, some extra items in there also. It also has no extra points. I didn't mod the backpack, but I did do some ammo.
