NBA 2K13 MyCareer Fix(TU2 w/ Roster Updates!)

Hope this helps guys. Update SHOULD work......just got it today from xbox live and dropped it into a seperate usb drive through Horizon to see if it worked and it did.

ALWAYS CREATE A BACKUP OF THE FILE YOU ARE OVERWRITING/CHANGING!!!!!!

Instructions for applying Title Update:

1) Download Horizon. It's a great USB explorer for Xbox 360: http://download.cnet...4-75452078.html
2) Once you have that downloaded, get the My player fix from the link above(You may need to change the file name in order for this to work. If it doesn't work with the file name I have on there change it to:TU_1A58252_000000K000000.00000000000G5).
3) Use your file extractor(WinZip, 7zip, Winrar) to extract the file contents.
4) Drag and drop the title update over to the Title Update folder inside Horizon......and you should be fine!

Instructions for applying Roster Updates:

1) Follow set 1 and 3 from above
2) Open your Games folder and select NBA 2K13
3) Expand that folder and drag and drop the new Roster file in your saves list

Instructions for applying Online Data Update:

1) Again follow steps 1 and 3 from Applying Title Update from above
2) Open Games folder in Horizon and select NBA 2K13
3) Expand your 2K13 folder and drag and drop the Online Data file into the saves area and overwrite current Online Data file.

Yes since I inserted it my player crashes no more... you still crashes?

 

yes...can you tell me how did you do?

 

1. I downloaded the file and then I unzipped.
2. I formatted a pendrive on xbox to turn it into a memory unit.
3. I started Horizon, a program which is there to upload files and updates on USB keys set up for xbox
4. I uploaded the files on my pendrive in the cache folder.
5. I closed the program, then I inserted the key into the xbox on, before starting the game.
6. I played 4 games in my player, and so far so good!
I'm sorry if I was a bit 'long, but I preferred to be as clear as possible! You have done something?

@petebenson, try to delete the old NBA 2K13 title update from pendrive if you got it!

 

No, i don't think so... this should be an update only for fix freezing issues with my player

 

I know there's a third title update with new parquet added for Lakers, Suns and Thunder

 

I'm at the loclal library right now, but I got my flash drive with me. Let me see if those updates are on there, if they are I'll update the original post with the link for download.

Not seeing them in Horizon, so I probably haven't downloaded them yet. Will do tonight, when I get home and upload the file there, if I can.
