Well, the inevitable has come, my gamertag was perma-banned. Not for having a flashed console, playing halo 4, having an RGH, or even hacking CoD lobbies... Account and/or profile tampering :LOL: So out of all those things they decide to ban me for most likely making my avatar completely black. I'm not sure how to appeal or find out if it's reversible but yeah, just wanted to let people know 'cause I'm kinda mad lol. If someone knows how to appeal a ban if possible that'd be cool, I'm just glad i'm not console banned... So i guess i'll start fresh again, feels weird. Look forward to what my fellow modders have to comment about this lol.
you can't appeal a ban, there is no way to do that, only way i've heard to get out of a banned account is to use some sort of glitch/hack i dunno though, i've never been banned on xbox live.
Yeah someone posted a supposed way to do it by putting curse words in your bio and all over ur tag and have your friend put a complaint on it, then it gets suspended for 3 days then gets unban. Not sure if it works
My 1st account got banned for having a blue avatar! Was so gutted had 120k gamerscore and a load of dlc and arcade, never thought i would be banned for something that doesnt effect the console in anyway. Had 3 more accounts banned since :LOL: Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
That is for avatar and or gamer score modding. My friend just got his whole console banned! Yeah that is way old and I don't think it was for a "permaban" I tried it a long time ago.
Unlucky mate but seriously you can't expect to have been doing all that on one profile and not get banned and you want to appeal they will laugh at you. No appeal procedure is in place. But we all know the risks of modding but you can hardly ring them up after doing all those things and appeal. It would kill me if that happened to my personal profile but it never should as I have several for doing things on but never use my main profile for modding of any sort.
I just didn't think they would do it for modding the color of my avatar, i mean it's not hurting anything... IMO they should allow any color just because it would be easier and be funny. They could sell alien apparel in the marketplace.
Take them to court over them Perm-banning you for having a black Avatar, they will get done for racism. The perfect man to speak to about this is Rio Ferdinand, he will back you up.

That's unlucky and a Crappy reason to be banned. But i don't think you should try to appeal the ban because of all the other stuff you did. You Should always have a backup profile and use this 1 for modding but never your main profile.
Yeah they won't reverse anything and avatar modding has been an instant ban for years, same as modding your years.
