I've noticed a lot of people having problems with Borderlands 2. A lot of issues I'm seeing have very simple solutions. From simple things like using someone else's save to using Gibbed and so on.

Recently I've gotten somewhat burnt out on playing BL2. I think partially because I've spent more time modding then actually playing.

So I've decided to start this up. If I'm able to help you I will. Anything from answering a question, helping you with the steps needed to mod certain aspects of your save.
I will even mod your save for you if need be. Having problems rehashing & resigning? I'll do it for you. Need backpack space? I got it!

my question might be stupid and if so i apologize , but you need the dlc in order to create and use the dlc guns?

 

I'm looking for a Game Save with only 1 challenge left to complete so I can do that and get the 'Challenge accepted' achievement, any help?
Also, I need a game save with a lv50 (Any class) with all side missions complete and on playthrough 2.5. It would be great if you can help. c:

 

Do I really need a specific prefix for a gun, it can be time consuming trying to figure out which is going to be used for the prefix(only if there isn't an attachment.)

It was my personal save that I played since release. I believe it'll also work for what you want.

 

To create them, probably not.
To use them, most likely.
Haven't tested but I remember seeing someone say they couldn't use the dlc guns. They did not have the dlc.

 

What exactly are you trying to do?
If you want a legit gun then yes, the prefix needs to be something that can be found in game on that type of gun.
If you want to build a modded gun, you can put pretty much whatever you want. It will of course need to be stored in your bank.

 

Ok, I used to use a legit gun prefix on modded guns. Also do you know how to add homing bullets, I saw it posted on some site. It didn't say how to make the bullets though, all it said was it was a grenade part.

 

Hmmmm.... I tried adding transfusion effect to a sniper & it wouldn't work.
Do you have all the parts listed for the grenade that has the homing effect?
If any of the parts say "homing",add that part to accessories slot 2 first, If that doesn't work, just move it around to different slots.

I haven't attempted it yet. I'd think it has to do with the amount of playthroughs completed. You can change the amount under the Raw tab. Maybe raising it above 2 might have that effect. It could be the Badass playthrough (i think that's what it says) under Raw tab, it has a check box next to it.

 

Someone said that they made a 250 level save, so it might be playthroughs.

 

I've been researching and trying to mod the backpack space and ammo decks, but all I can find is crappy tuts and people claiming to know how but won't post until "##" of likes. How do you mod them with Gibbed? I've tweaked the values in the blackmarketupgrades and resourcedata but neither of them worked.

 

To never have to buy ammo ever again, mod blackmarketupgrades and your amount in the tab resourcedata to 2147483647 which mods your ammo to the max amount in the game and doesn't go down.(tip from Countryboy)

This is the way I do ammo: in BlackMarketUpgrades change each amount(first 7) to whatever you want(I do 50). The first 7 are ammo, last 2 are bank & backpack.

Now if you want to do backpack with Gibbed, you kinda have to "trick" the game. AFTER you have purchased all backpack upgrades in game, change the last 2 numbers back to 0. Then you go back into game & purchase the upgrades again, repeat as many times needed.<<Only why I have found to do backpack in Gibbed, if anyone knows a better way, let me know. Also this way does not seem to work for bank.

do u know a work around for golden key profile with the new dashboard update
mine is not working any more

 

I really would like to see a Save that has a whole bunch of Modded Weapons, Shields, Relics and Granades (Black Letters) although I got one from someone in here (don't remember who), but all they had was 2 Snipers, and 1 Conference Call. It would be nice if you made one with a whole lot of 'em. Lvl 50 too (any of each honestly) It would be nice if you did ;33

 

Has anyone figured out how to change the level cap so you can level your character up in the game to whatever you want?

 

You can change the level to pretty much whatever you want....

 

I know that but i d like to be able to level up still running around doing badass challenges and achievements idk jw if anyone did
