So I really want to play the DLC for Fallout 3, but living alone doesn't allow for extra money. I recently found some no-profile required DLC on here ( is that usable?) and found out you can use Horizon to put it on a USB stick and use it on your Xbox. Would I get banned quickly for this? What if I just play it offline and get the achievements, then go online with it?
With the Fall Out series the DLC is on a disc inside the box so no worrying about codes. Same goes for the Oblivion GOTY Edition. Gotta love Bethesda lol.
you are thinking of ther DLC history glitch he is talking about DRM Free DLC Yes you can use it and no it will not get you banned DRM means (Digital Rights Managment) DRM Free DLC has no digital rights meaning it does not need to be signed to a profile in order to use it. I use DRM free DLC all of the time.
exactly mate DRM free can be used on any console as it needs no profile in order to use it typicly the DRM free DLC is ripped from a game of the year edition disc they can not add DRM to the DLC as there is no way for them to lock it to a profile when it is installed from a disc some DRM Free DLC they have made so you can not use them unless you have the GOTY edition game like they did with batman archam city GOTY but in general yes 99% of DRM free DLC can be used on any console/profile there are also some XBLA games such as trials HD, Limbo and splosion man that were released on disc that are also DRM free and can be used in the same way
