Best XGD3 settings For virbs.

Ok Im just asking what the best XGD3 settings are as sometimes I get a few dead Virbs anyone recommend the best settings?

perform opc off

buffer size: 71 mbs

buffer recovery thresholds:
main: 25%
device: 50%
average disc queue length: 1.0

force hyper tuningff
online hyper tuningff
overspeed: off
smartburn: on

burn at 4x...those are what i use and havent had a bad one out of 30 discs now.
