Do you only win a free gold pack once you have won division 1 worth 5k? or do you get a free gold pack everytime you win the division?

still work for me.

 

Yes, you get 7k in div 2, then in div1 you get 5k + Premium gold pack as bonus's for winning the division title/cup.
