Help Converting to ISO.

    Is there a Program out there that can Convert the following File in the First Spoiler to an ISO in the Second Spoiler

    If want arcade game on disc just exract it with wxpirs then burn it to a cd or dvd depending on its size. It will only work on jtag/rgh not on retail.
