wat file do i extract in winrar...its my first time useing this

 

Extract it all into a separate folder. Everything need to be in a folder together to work.

 

Updated with a couple new tutorials, a new version of the editor, and some weapons that were submitted.

 

How do you change what level you have to be but keep the modded stats?

 

are you able to mod bad ass points with this as well?

No, badass points are on the .GPD not the savegame.

I literally just got into this scene like 2 days ago. I found out how easy it was to put game saves onto a USB, and now this comes out & it amazed me how easy it is to use. Thanks so much to everyone involved in this project. Now I just need to learn how to mess with the things I've got in my bag & bank.

 

Been fiddling with this new editor for quite a bit last night, and I'll do more tonight. I created a few guns but the only thing I can't figure out is how to set them without a level requirement with the weapon manufacturer level at the default highest at 127.

If I set it to no level, it does level 1 damage. If I set it to level 50, it does level 50 damage, if I set it to level 100, I can't use it (without modding my character level).

Any ideas?

 

Can this work for golden Keys and if so How ?

 

I think I might be wrong change manufacturer grade to any level that ur character is and change game stage to 127 should work

Updated with weapon ID list and the new revision 73. I HIGHLY recommend you download this version as the weapon modifier is now much more responsive and will tell you if an item is at risk to be deleted, and the dumping of items is now possible.

Revision 77 is in the works and I will update once it is approved. Keep in mind, that this program is constantly changing and adding new features so it is hard for me to tell you exactly how to do something right now. I will be taking a crack at this thing tonight to see if I can answer most questions though.
