You start as a Rookie for all new Classes. Once you Rank up (Finish 1 level) you gain a rank and stat upgrades.

->> Support: Rookie, HP=?, Aim=?, Will=?, Defense=?, Mobility=?
->> Heavy Weapons: Rookie, HP=?, Aim=?, Will=?, Defense=?, Mobility=?
->> Assault: Rookie, HP=?, Aim=?, Will=?, Defense=?, Mobility=?
->> Sniper: Rookie, HP=?, Aim=?, Will=?, Defense=?, Mobility=?

once you rank up your new stats will be...
->> Support: Squaddie, HP=999, Aim=999, Will=999, Defense=999, Mobility=999
->> Heavy Weapons: Squaddie, HP=999, Aim=999, Will=999, Defense=999, Mobility=999
->> Assault: Squaddie, HP=999, Aim=999, Will=999, Defense=999, Mobility=999
->> Sniper: Squaddie, HP=999, Aim=999, Will=999, Defense=999, Mobility=999

Now, you have like inf health, 100% aim, you can now Explore the Zone almost anywhere cause of your mobility.
After you rank up again, the next rank will apply 999 more to hp aim def will and mobility.
now you can just play with out care LOL!

You will get +999 applied for each rank after Squaddie.

-->> Sergean
--->> Lieutenant
---->> Captain
----->> Major
------>> Colonel

*new Rookies might be at 999 already.

Set to 9999999 and Base Funding per month is set to 9999999

Everything should Cost 0!

i brought down the value cause if it goes over 99million or so it will make the money go negitive. so by bringing it to 999,999 just shy of 1 million.. u should be ok.. as for that much u dont need that much for it ... if im wrong i will up it to 9,999,999

but i think 999,999 should be enough as u dont need to buy health after u rank up..

 

not really, if u kno the offsets from the start of where all the stats are .. to the end.. all i do is copy and insert..
.. easy peasy

 

if u have a jtag or rgh.. and have the game extracted to external hard drive... all u do is follow what it says

XCOM = Game folder where it is in your hard drive......

it should, if not.. test it on a new game..
