Okay, I have a Blackberry Curve and when someone calls me or I try to listen to music, I can't hear anything. I have my volume turned all the way up and even the settings are turned on, but still nothing. I can't even hear the ring when I'm calling someone, nor their voice. Please help ASAP! Thanks, ~NNN
If it has a headphone jack check that. I had the same an issue with my phone last year that mimicked the exact same things. Take the fuzzy part of a qtip and stretch it out and twist it then feed it into the headphone jack. This may take several attempts but will hopefully solve your issue.
