My skillpoints are randomly removing them selves at random times, like time i will have all modded skills maxed, then next time i load the save i have 46 skill points and the skills are all refreshed? O_O
Maybe its some kind of LIVE synchronization with the servers of BL2? I haven't played BL2 for a few days since RE6 but it could explain the problem your having.

Cant remember mate, it was a save that was uploaded on here, i mean i dont mind at the moment, with this shield and weapon combo i can solo terrarmorphous with only the main skill unlocked haha
it might have something to do with the bad ass rank reset glitch as well. once the points are reset do they stay gone or do the modded values ever come back again?
yeah there is a bug that i think wipes all of this stuff. they say they are looking into it but haven't heard or seen anything about it yet.
ive had this after i dashboarded after giving freinds money or droping my guns it should fix itself out when you add the points back
I've had it happen twice. Not on a modded save either. Each time it happened after being disconnected from someones game.
I had started a conversation about this a while ago: http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/49753-discussion-on-modding-bl2-gpd/page__p__218817#entry218817 It's because the GPD on online profiles (gold accounts) have two hash keys in them that verify against corruption and tampering.. So if you try to use a GPD without those hash keys in a online profile that it doesn't belong to then your GPD will be replaced by whatever GPD is backed up in your XBL backed up GPD (what they have on record). Again.. if those hash keys don't pass the test then it's a no go for online. You may be able to mod your online GPDs on jtags though... there's some services around (on here) that may provide that for you.
