Is Borderlands 2 ISO moddable?

I have opened up the game in xbc, and found that it uses unreal engine. There is a coalesced_int.bin in WillowGame/CookedXexon. Has anyone looked into it yet?

It depends on the way the Developer's put together the game, some people using Unreal Engine 3 like to customize their data a little better then other's and some like to leave it to the default layout.

Were still looking into Borderlands 2, But don't get your hopes up.

 

What about Spec Ops: The Line? Some are moddable, just depends.

 

i have a few mods for bl2 like demi god. and ammo. but havnt found any good bindings yet....

 

Can you tell me how to do those?
