Support SB activity feed

Since the shoutbox has been implemented again, i do not know if its just me but people's posts are not showing up.

Some do but alot do not, its a small thing i know but it keep me in the loop

 

I use it a lot too, it's a hook that was uninstalled. Hopefully we'll have it back soon
