Is Xbox LIVE Down?! 4th September 2012

So I can't connect to the website or to the Xbox LIVE app. I've also tried getting on the desktop site but that doesn't work either. I have an error code 21. Here are some pictures

i got same message i resetted my modem tho was my connection must not be then

Well Lets Hope This Time Its Not Down Long Either, It Did Mess Up About A Week Ago. People Couldnt Send Messages And Stuff.

I Don't Have Photoshop Anymore Man Srry. Thats Why I Stopped Making Them. I Only Used A Trail Version. Plus I Don't Really Know How To Go Back And Edit An Already Made Sig, I Would Have To Start Over.

 

Oh that's fine. I still love it!

 

If I Find A Full Photoshop That I Can Use For My Computer I Might Start Making Sigs Again, But I'm Still Working On My College Classes As Well. You Can Request Another If I Open Shop Again If You Want.
