I don't think there has been one since the one got patched when the game came out. I could be very wrong.
not seen any public online mods for blops for a long time m8 not since like title update 5 or 6 ages back when you could do infactions online the servers on blops are good m8 they detect mods and ban you off blops
even zombies as soon as you activate dvars you get disconected and banned ive seen that guys have xp to work about a month back but there charging for lobbys and teh1337s a tight **** he wont prob ever release them
