Alternative to Horizon ???

Tried everything to make horizon work but it just does not want to. I am trying to input edited Transformers Fall of Cybertron .GPD file but cant find a tutorial other then for horizon. Help would be appreciated thanks.
Also tried everything compatibility mode , administrator mode everything when you click the application just nothing. Using latest windows 7 ultimate 32bit and totally upto date net framework and all.

 

isnt 360 revolution the same as horizon ??? try that .

I am not sure about that its more refined got that but have not done a .gpd input before a tutorial would be helpful .
