    im not very good at making tuts but i want to help u guys ....ok ummm u can go to this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ysp2uZG9xJ4 but instead of changing ur health like he does just search "rain" text string and change the rain time mine is 000000 hope this helps it never rains in my world its awesome from raining all the time to none lmao
