Unresolved Minecraft Unhandled Exception

    I've looked through many threads and tried all the solutions, however, I still get an Unhandled Exception error when I try to save the mods. This seems to vary with different maps that I use. Some maps save just fine, but one map just won't ever save. I get this specific error message:

    "Conversion from string """ to type 'Short' is not valid.

    When I click save, it creates a another copy of the original map, but then names it as a .bak file and it doesn't go any further. The changes I made don't save. I know my laptop has everything up to date since I've been able to save other maps before. The stuff in my inventory is just nothing but Redwood Saplings. There are no empty spaces.

    I though at first it might've been the items I was trying to mod into the game so I tried using regular items that are commonly found and it still wouldn't save. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    1. Sine redwood saplings aren't in the game, they corrupt it.
    2. Don't put your save on a site like 4shared.com because users need an account to download it. Use 2shared.com or mediafire.com.

    I got rid of the redwood saplings and replaced everything in my inventory with wooden planks. However, I still get the exact same error message and for the exact same map too. Here's the most recent version of the map:

    I forgot to mention that this map was built off of the tutorial map in Minecraft. I hope that doesn't make a difference though.

    as i thought when i first saw this thread, you had "Air" in your inventory,

    i have removed the air, (this also meant i had to remove all other items, your save is below,

    Please do not hijack someone elses thread, This thread was created for members of this site to fix the original posters specific problem,
    If you could make your own thread with the error code, and the save game i will have a look at it (depending on the time) going bed in 10minutes and work tomorrow morning)

    I'd like to be brutally honest as your quote says above that very wrong flash image off a very young girl, don't take offence to this, but personally I find it very offensive and quite sick that your flash image is a little young girl doing what she is doing and as its not you since your a 24 year old male, I don't want to have to see that every time i'm in a forum that you are in. As you say above you take all constructive criticism and I in no way do I have a problem with you just your flash image below each post.​
    Unless there is some crazy reason why you think that's suitable then I'd like to see it go.​
    Again I have no problem with you just the flash image.​

    I don't think this is the place for a message like that. I understand where your coming from, but maybe a PM first before you make it public? (She also looks like shes about 24-25 as well, so I don't think it's sick.)

    this "little young girl" as you put it, is 19 years of age and a friend of mine, if you dont like the images there is an X above the sig on the right side,, click on that X and select "ignore signature"

    Conversation = over.
