    I have been playing Dead Island, and recently I decided to mod my stats. However, whenever I try to open a save in the tool I get this error:

    Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

    The magic number in GZip header is not correct. Make sure you are passing in a GZip stream.

    Clicking Details gives:
    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    Clicking continue does nothing, and I have tried with a completely new save and that does gives identical results, so I am thinking it is a problem with 360Rev rather than my save.

    Here is a completely blank save: http://www.2shared.com/file/PYLe4nGD/save_0.html

    Thanks, but since that's not my main game I don't really need it. What are you doing when you mod it? All I do is drag and drop the save into 360rev and click "mod file" at the top. The Dead Island editor opens, followed shortly by the error message. Am I doing something wrong? I already redownloaded 360rev with no changes.

    I have a similar problem with the deus ex editor(the post of mine you replied to). Not sure what could be causing it...it only seems to be the one editor not working unfortunately
