Resolved why wont 360revolution work

i really wanted to download this . but wen i do i cant find it and wen i do it is split into 2 files and a folder i have know idea on wat to do so a deleted it and tryed to redownload and still the same thing happened i need step on how to do it the right way HELP!!!

once downloaded extract the 360rev.exe from the .rar file using winrar,

Hey! If you can't open the tool after downloading it (gives you error messages) download NET framework i think its called. Look on the noobs tut to gamesaving or somethign like that for the link.
