Help Please! ASAP

Hi i have Fallout New Vegas and i just beat The Lonesome Road DLC and at the end i gives me +1 to my S.P.E.C.I.A.L and i need someone to lower it so i can continue because they are all 10 and it wont let me increase any of them. If you can do it for me i will give you a reward like a 1month i have or something.

why not just get the pc version of fallout and use the same method as skyrim modding to mod your save yourself? its really easy to do
