I'm not sure what you're asking? But it's against their terms and conditions if you relay any details to the Media. If you are found doing so you can apparently be banned and/or prosecuted. You are also only allowed to install the update to 3 consoles and you are not allowed to leak anything. I'm sure it's a little strict but I doubt you will be prosecuted for telling friends or anything. Just be careful who you tell on-line and try to read their terms properly next time.
