Resolved .net framework not working

Okay, so I just installed 360rev, and when I try to open it, I get the .net framework error. So, I enabled it in windows, tried to install it on windows update and online, and they all give me errors that it cannot install. Maybe you can give me a link for the download. -Thanks, Wheatly
