Resolved I can't login to 360 Revolution

I put in my username and password just like I do to login to this website and the program never starts. I just keep looking at the same shrouded window despite how many times I try. Any help or suggestions?

 

Does your password contain special characters e.g. ^&$£!£"()__- etc (Symbols) I would suggest changing your password.

 

press your name in the top right hand corner,

log out,

click on forgotten password,

follow instructions

and an email will be sent to you with a new password.

log into 360rev with that password.

 

Thanks. It was the first suggestion, lol. I had a ! in my password, changed my password and then it worked flawlessly! I got the Minecraft mod to work with no trouble at all. Need I say that you guys are freaking geniouses?

The only thing I am having issues with now is the gamesave downloader. I have looked around for a tutorial about it but haven't found anything just yet. When I click on it, this is what I am presented with:
