Modded xbox 360 on live

Hello everybody o/, well, i have just bought a xbox 360 modded with LT 3.0+, and tried to connect to the xbox live, i already know that ill be banned, but the only reason i want to enter xbox live is to download minecraft from a dummy account (after that ill go offline for like, forever), the problem is: when i connect to the live, it says: downloading updates. As far as I know, if the update happens, ill lose my LT 3.0, so, isnt there a way to deny the update or is it obligatory to connect to xbox live?

 

Depending on what Dash this console is on depends on what happens really.

Need more info on this i.e Current Dash console is running on

 

Dashboard version is 2.0.15574.0

 

like evo says im on lt 3.0 and the latest dasg and have several updates and so far not banned

 

But, if im already at the latest dash, why is it asking for an update?

Ah ok, so, i wont lose my lt 3.0 if I update? srry to keep making questions, but i just wanna make sure my xbox isnt going to lose the mod

No you won't. Update. There is always a risk of getting banned no matter what you do so your choice

• well u can download it from ur computer then put it on usb and i think i just saw on horizon where u can download minecraft for xbox 360
