title says it all.....like the PC version?

Probably not, they'll just keep selling Skin Packs to make more money before the hype dies on the game.

 

I've seen a post on another website about custom skins but won't link it just google search it I'm sure it will pop up easily or pm me and I will tell you what site it was one (bad site though)

 

as ironz said, they wont allow people to create there own when its a good money maker.

 

For a Jtag yes, quite easy if you know where your looking, but not on retail
