ok im surre most of you seen my other post bout how i could get dlc to work offline.....so ya.....iv been tolled this severl times by most people who looked at my topics that i need to jtag or use the rgh....my question is before i can think of anything els is that my 360 need to eather be a jtag or rgh cant be both right? so if my 360 is a rgh like if it already has the cip but its unmoded couldnt i use the rgh without moding anything? you know what i mean right?
You need either a Jtag or an RGH... A Jtag uses a different xploit to an RGH to run unsigned code. If you asking if you can use an RGH without modding anything... of course you can but you wont be able to go online.
You can play games on an RGH as if it was retail you don't need to mod them but an RGH will allow you to run modified games if you so wish.
Jtag requires you to solder wires to the motherboard of the 360 in order to run files and programs that would allow you to to play games and DLC content with out the of having the game disc inserted into the 360. The 360's own firmware must be below a certain update mark for a Jtag to be possible. An RGH is similar to a Jtag. An RGH requires a chip be soldered onto the motherboard allowing the benefits as a Jtag. RGH can be applied to newer consoles and updates that are out of the range to be Jtag'ed even Slim consoles. So to finish up, no you will need to mod something.

ok....srry......thing i want to do with this type of thing is to play dlc i got from pc i know i cant go online with this type of rgh...but can this type of rgh work for dlc?......if you can send me a guide link thats already been made for this that whould be great.....and im srry...tnx^^
I have already told you just like the many other members, the only way to do what you want and play DLC for free is to RGH your box! Jtag is out of the question because you are on dash 14719 so to put it shortly your only option is RGH2, there are no simple ways or multiple methods associated with this process, it must be done with a Coolrunner chip, a usb nand spi flasher and a bit of soldering is involved, if you cant do it yourself you will have to make arrangements with somebody near you that carries out them services.
ok...on most videos im surre you saw the jtag thing were you take out the magnet thing from underneth your 360 disc tray what whould that be?

There is some DLC that does not require a profile. It can be found at xbox 360 iso .com (remove the spaces) . You will need an account to even view the section.... Good luck. Can be found in DRM free downloads. Also not doing this to promote another site just giving fact.
