Resolved can't save modded fallout 3

i modded my fallout 3 to have all my specials at 10 and then when i try to hit save nothing happens and then i try to c if anything did so i go to play fallout 3 and everything is still the same

 

if you are modding directly from the usb you should get a prompt telling you the file already exists and do you want to overwrite it. click yes.

crap i messed up...i thought i should open it with winzRAR and now i cant even use it even if i deleted and extract it again

i fix it and now i modded it and saved it but now everytime i go to fallout 3 it freezes

extract your save
go to mediafire.com or any free filehost and upload
copy and paste the given link here so we can donwload your save and look into it.

if it is freezing check to make sure you didn't mod anything too high.

 

but what i did was i extracted i from horizon and i saved it on my desktop and then i opened up 360 revolution and then i opened the file under it and then i maxed out everything to 10 and then i pressed save and then nothing happen and now when i try to inject the file to the original horizan it saves and says it was successful but now everytime i go to play fallout 3 and choose the usb and then go to load it freezes
